Rapper Soulja Boy was involved in a minor car crash in Hollywood on Saturday. The latest reports indicate the hip hop star was not is being blamed by the driver of the other car.
According to TMZ's report, the incident happened when Soulja's car crossed into the female driver's lane as she was waiting for the light to change. However, sources close to the rap star say he wasn't driving at the time, because his bodyguard was. TMZ shows photos from the accident which caused damage to Soulja boy's red Bentley.
Also according to the report, there were no serious injuries from the car accident. For now, police, lawyers, and insurance claims investigators will try to get to the bottom of who was really at fault in the accident.
Soulja Boy, real name DeAndre Way, is famous for his 2007 smash hit called "Crank That (Soulja Boy)" which reached #1 on the U.S. Billboard Hot 100 chart. His most recent studio album was called "The DeAndre Way" and released in 2010, while his next album, "Promise," is scheduled for release in November of this year.
